About Bianca's Designs

Using the Wilton Method—which has been perfected more than 85 years—the cake artisans at Bianca's Designs lead specialized classes, during which they share their knowledge with curious students. Teaching everything from simple basics to specialty courses focusing on crafting fondant flowers or decorating an entire topsy-turvy cake, instructors show students how to work with gum paste, pliable and smooth fondant, and the unmatched power that comes with spelling congratulations correctly in icing. The bakers also craft their own special-order cakes and cupcakes, designing custom sweets for special events, parties, and weddings.
