Mercedes does a great job! I have enjoyed my lashes and get lots of compliments.

Lindsey was amazing! It took about 2 hours, which I didn't realize, but Lindsey was great! She made you feel like you've known her forever. I will be going back for fills!! I never have to wear mascara again!!!!

Extremely disappointed in the look, application, & lack of customer service. They are so underwhelming it doesn't even look like I have extensions on. Some were applied in a way they are poking the top of my eyelids & some were glued on top of each other in bundles to a single real lash making them very heavy. I have lost so many of them from breaking off under the weight in just 48hrs. I actually called to inquire about removal & was told they had no time to fit me in but someone would "be in touch soon". I even asked if they could tell me how to remove them myself so I don't have to continue to look like I'm not wearing makeup & have irritated eyes. Not only do I look terrible but they keep breaking off & feel very uncomfortable digging into my lid & dangling into my eyes. Guess I just have to live with it until they fall out. not the look I was going for at all.

Had full lashes placed last week, Thursday evening (8-10-17) by Mercedes. This morning, I had over half of the lashes on one eye fall off...in a huge clump! The gal who used to do my lashes elsewhere has moved away and I've been looking for someone to do them. These lashes are short & stiff. Nothing flattering about them. So disappointed.

First appt was fine, second appt refill was weird as left and right eye were uneven. I let it go but then eye-lash tech(Mercedes) didn't show up for appt and when appt was rescheduled by another hair salon person (she was outstanding) then Mercedes didn't even apologize or discuss the no-show on her part. I get it that things happen but at least own it.

Would not go back.
