Great atmosphere, lots of positive energy. I absolutely loved the spinning class. It was my very first one with Fit life, and cannot wait to go back.

Fit life studio is amazing. I just went to a class called FLS fusion and it was great. It was fun, challenging and filled with great energy. The owner is terrific. She takes the time to go over the moves and corrects form as you go. I can not say enough good things about my experience.
