Better ventilation in treatment room - odors from previous appointments were present, which was unpleasant. Also, I wasn't sure if the towel over the headrest on the treatment table had been changed from the previous patient. There should be a new covering/towel for each patient. These are easy corrections to make (and I may have been wrong about the towel). Finally, it was a little awkward when arriving as a first-time patient to sign in and wait at the clinic downstairs from the office. The address and office itself were a little hard to find, and the clinic downstairs was in a bit of mayhem. I think for new customers coming in from outside of Melrose Park, they do not understand the immediate surrounding culture, which is quite different from the normal milieu of cosmetic spas and laser treatment centers. But I understand from the office's perspective that it's a compromise for them, since they do not have a store front. For people coming in from other suburbs, with the expectation of a luxury experience, having to walk through and wait in a noisy, welfare-type of clinic for their first appointment is probably a bit of a shock. At least for subsequent visits, customers can go directly to the office upstairs without having to go through the clinic. If more explicit instructions could be given personally to each new customer before arriving, it would be helpful. And frankly, if the initial visit to the downstairs clinic could be avoided completely, it would boost the image of the upstairs office where the laser treatments are performed (and which has its own waiting area and small reception desk outside the treatment room).

Kerul is wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable because I was nervous about the pain -- it really wasn't that bad. The best part is the results are amazing!
