Had planned on approx. 2 hours and then on to Graceland. Well, Stax can't be fully enjoyed in 2 hours. They have everything you could ask for.....the Music, the clothes, the history......the disco dance picture area was down but the man at the register says it's coming back soon so I'm going to call regularly so we can do that the next time we go. Well worth the visit. You won't be disappointed if you love Soul Music.

Whether you're a music lover or not, you'll love this lovingly and meticulously built museum. It both history and a preservation of a very important time in music. You'll learn so much and feel such a part of the STAX family. You MUST go.

Very informative and entertaining trip! Although the museum never answered my phone calls, we had no trouble redeeming the voucher when we arrived.

This is a great museum to go to. It is a must see. Try to go during the week or when school is not out to avoid the crowds. I learned a lot and I know people would be surprised to hear and see the history.

This was a great museum to visit! It took about an hour & 1/2 to go through and it was very informative. Had a fun pimped out Caddie at the end too!

It was very informative. Would take friends
