Natalie Salon is very clean with a friendly professional staff. They don't rush through and they do a great job!

The salon was gorgeous and peaceful inside. I had my mani/pedi a week ago and it still looks like I just got it done! I have definitely found my new "go to" spot for manicures and pedicures!

Service at RWC Natalie Salon is great! They were especially wonderful when I was pregnant, receiving extra special complementary treatment. I use their waxing and nail services and will go no where else.

I called Natalie in Redwood City and asked if they would honor the value ($25) even though it was from when Natalie was in San Mateo. The woman on the phone said yes. I drove over and the person there said no. They just lost a prospective customer. I would have paid $30 out of pocket and tried a new spa. Instead I walked out with a bad feeling about the spa.
