Very nice and relaxing.

This is a commitment you do with exercise & detox along with a low fat diet. It is totally painless.

It was a wonderful gift to have an hour long massage for such a low price. The therapist was delightful and sweet. The only thing I would have had different if I could have, was a deeper type of massage. But she explained that she gave "relaxation" massage, which apparently is not a deep tissue massage. Understandable, since massaging someone with deep pressure for an entire hour must be very difficult on the therapist. All and all, well worth the time and money.

Horrible massage. Room was cold...bed was cold and very hard. Waste of my time. They asked where you wanted them to focus and how much pressure...but couldn't do any of it.

The message was nice but the ambience was not as relaxing as I would have liked.

Worst massage of my life (I've had 10-20). I told the therapist (Tiffany?) that my back was sore from weightlifting and needed more attention than the rest of my body... She dd the same two moves on it for like 20 minutes and they were so ineffective. I know this was regular and not deep tissue, but I asked nicely for more pressure and she said she couldn't. She barely was massaging me! There was no kneading or relief, it felt like someone was just applying lotion :(. Everything was open palm and I honestly considered asking her to just stop and leave in the middle. Furthermore, the table was so uncomfortable. There was minimal padding, and she did not have a bolster for under the knees.
