The studio is in a nice quiet business center. Entering the studio gives a sense of calm and stress just starts to subside. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, acted like I was their #1 customer. The sauna experience was great! There are a number of lights to choose from and there's a menu to explain what they all do. I am very impressed with the experience.

I love coming here for yoga. Never used the infrared sauna, and my husband I both enjoyed it. I will definitely be back. And highly recommend.

Such a beautiful facility!! Paul was so kind and explained everything very thoroughly. The infrared sauna was so relaxing with a lot of different light choices and everything at your control.
