Body Calm has been Meridian's friendly neighborhood Yoga and Massage Studio since 2013. We offer classes 7 days a week, Eminence Organic Facials, Therapeutic Massage, Reiki and energy work sessions, Infrared Sauna, private yoga and more!

We are an independently owned and operated small business and the only Non-Hot Yoga studio in our area. We have a large variety of classes for all levels of students. Come try one of our Vinyasa classes, Beginners yoga, Yin, Restorative, Hatha or Gentle styles of yoga.
