We were selling our house and needed our furnace serviced ASAP. They were fast and fair. Would very much recommend.

On time and we felt we could trust them.

They were prompt and very nice. However, they told me I needed to replace my air conditioner that was less than 10 years old. They showed/explained to me what was wrong and gave me pricing on a new unit. I called another company for a second opinion and they fixed my existing unit same day for me. No need to replace.

The technician spent the bulk of his time writing us a laundry list of things we "need" to replace. I would have rather had him use his time more efficiently to change the air filter and add needed freon. I paid for the company to tune up both the AC unit and the furnace, and was confused when the technician left after 20 minutes, only having left a list of things we "need" to replace instead of giving an assessment of what he accomplished. I ended up paying a different trusted company to come out the next month and fix my AC unit when it started having problems. The next technician said the units both still have 5+ years left, and there was no reason to replace any of the parts that the first company recommended, and his visit could have been avoided if this company had done their job well. I won't recommend this company because even after I called the office, my questions were left unanswered and I truly believe they were trying to take advantage of us when they wanted us to replace over $500 worth of unnecessary parts.

The actual serviceman was very nice but I'm not sure the work he did was necessary. I was to receive a call about another repair they indicated was needed but never got the call. Their rating with Better Business Bureau is "F" so watch out.

The guy came out and didn't clean the ac unit, it was a waste of my money and in the end misdiagnosed an issue which could have broken our ac unit if we would have let him "fix" it right then and there like he was pushing to do. Luckily I never do things on a whim and I got a second opinion! Never ever again will I use these people!
