About 9 Round Mission

At 9 Round Mission, nine is the magic number. The boxing and kickboxing gym provides a full-body, trainer-assisted workout in 30 minutes using nine different workout stations, all of which were developed by a professional fighter. The first two stations are dedicated to strength training. At the next six stations, members strike 100-pound heavy bags and speed bags, rather than taking out their aggression on defenseless duffel bags. The ninth station is dedicated to strengthening members' cores.

In addition to this varied workout, members can take advantage of 9 Round's nutrition program.

There are no "trainers". There is a guy who just complains about how hard he's worked out the day before and how sore he is. I don't think he has any education in fitness. Basically, all the "gym" is is a row of whiteboards with exercises you could do at home, but you don't. guess that's why people go. I'm really glad I didn't pay full price. Also, most of the time the employee, I can't even use the word trainer, is answering the phone or otherwise occupied. Not at all what the website claims about personal training. ha!!
