Tamara is AWESOME!! Each time I go to see her I actually have a great time. She makes me laugh & keeps me comfortable while she is ripping hair out of my girlie parts!!! Love ya girl!

yes, need to offer extraction with your facials

Most of the facial was good, but the face product they used at the end was very sticky and left feeling greasy. I had to go home and wash my face again. I just don't think the right products were used on my skin.

It was really really hard to get an appt. and to actually get someone on the phone or return your phone call.

See my comments above. The 'bean soup' smell of the salon was quite over-powering and should be addressed. If you want to be a salon / spa that will draw customers back, step up the pace -- go to some of the nicer salons / spas, and mimic their efforts.
