Very good massage, VERY deep and sure I will be sore, but gave hints to minimize (lots of water, ice, epsom salt bath)

Get the 90 minute deep tissue especially if you have trouble areas. Jerry will thoroughly work the area as well as connecting muscles for the best possible resolve.
