they offer alot of services mainly for women, and I think that they assume that the customer is aware of all the services. My only suggestion is that it would be helpful if the staff did a little more promoting and advertising, might help with cross-selling and up-selling. I know that I would spend more money if I knew WHAT they offered. The first time that I went to my appointment the staff did not seem concerned with making sales suggestions or giving free samples, or even asking if there is anything that I was interested in trying.
