Y'all have THE BEST fried oysters! They literally melt in one's mouth. My wife is gluten intolerant, so since you use corn meal instead of flour, she can enjoy them. And we did. And will again soon. Thanks! p.s. I would like to see French bread served with the yummy BBQ shrimp. Soaking up the sauce with saltines doesn't quite work. I guess I could ask for it!
