When I've had this amount of Botox in the past, they've done more (and I suppose smaller) injections in more different spots. Either this doctor used larger amounts in just a few injections, or he didn't actually use as much as I paid for. In any case, it felt like my injections were simply done as quickly as possible rather than customized for my particular needs.

Physician previously had disciplinary action. Did not have me sign consent/hippa form and did not wear gloves.
