Enjoyed my service.

I am not too sure because I went in for an Express Brazilian Blowout. Although I informed the stylist that I was Black and had natural hair I was not told that I the procedure would potentially not work well (even though I had to pay extra because my hair is more course). I have also never had my hair straightened and had it look like it was merely blownout. My hair did look better after I straightened it again, though. I would probably go somewhere else for a blowout or go for the full Brazilian.

I got the keratin treatment and the girl who straightened my hair did a horrible job.. it was still frizzy and she did not take her time blow drying it much less straightening it...i wish she would have actually cared about how my hair looked when i left the salon
