This was really nice and a day well spent. Well organized, and a full day of touring.
However, the air-conditioning was not working on the coach bus, even as we and others repeatedly asked the driver to make it cooler, he insisted that it was working well enough. When we returned and andtold the office, they said they asked the driver and he said it was working. Other than that, it was a great day

Our captain Ron was amazing! He made sure that we viewed all the gators and wildlife around us and gave us some interesting facts. Definitely would recommend

It was amazing! I went with my husband and nieces, which was a very nice experience. Arrive on time, because they are very shrap! The good news is that if you're late for the morning tour, you can go to take the one in the afternoon.
