The service was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! The Owner went over and beyond for us and our pouch in several ways. First, she picked up our SOS call for boarding after hours. Second, she helped integrate him into the pack and called us with status updates. Our our puppy is only 5 months old and it was his first time away from home. Third, she was flexible with our pick up time. I am glad I focused on all the positive reviews when I selected this place. At drop off, I watched all the “regular” dogs run in with enthusiasm. We will definitely come back too.
