The staff was very nice and welcoming. The waiting area has a lounge where you can enjoy light snacks and beverages while you wait for the therapist. It was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. The massage was fantastic!! I don't get them often so it was a real treat. The facial was okay and relaxing but I didn't see any lasting effects. Would come back for the massage though!
