The staff takes an interest in your needs; they're not out there to just sell you "everything"... did a thorough Tune-Up and my mountain bike is better than new! it doesn't even make noise! in other words I gave them a beat up Corolla and they gave me back a BMW as far as the ride/feel goes :)
Will go here again!! oh and they have aggressive discounts on new bikes with membership!

All staff was very helpful and knowledgable. My bike was ready later on the same day I dropped it off. I will be back definitely when I upgrade my bike.
