Completly unorganized! I paid for my pants to be hemmed and dry cleaned. All they did was press them! They didn't even hem the pants! And almost lost one of my shirts!

I took a dress to get dry cleaned. They ruined it the first time and I had to go back two more times until they fixed it. I would never go back to that dry cleaners!
