From sitting in the waiting room, you can hear the interactions with other customers. I will say Tony is pretty honest..he will give you the best price from economy to high end..and let you make the choice without pressure.

They take forever ex: my oil change took nearly 3 hours because they get tons of business! But they are excellent and within walking distance from my home!
