It took one person 2hrs to supposedly perform a 5 step platinum detail (that should include, level 1 clay bar, polish, sealant and wax plus polish the windows. Not really, they used an orbital one time and barely waxed it properly and for the windows they used only glass cleaner. Good place for a quick cheap BASIC car wash but as far as detailing i will never go back there again and i already shared my experience with at least 10 other friends that were interested.

Although I had the Platium detail, vehicle had to be washed again because bugs were still present on the grill and bottom front of vehicle. Would not recommend to others.

We arrived at the 'spa' a little before 11 to a very rude receptionist who then proceeded to be rude the whole time. We requested they call us since this car wash supposedly took 4 hrs...never received a call and the wash was not worth the money!!!!!
