You do great work but you have to work on a higher level of customer service. Keeping your customer informed and aware of how thier items, your availability and your hours need to be consistent. By phone or email or through a notification system something needs to be done to ensure customer satisfaction. The work was good my item looked almost brand new.

Horrible. Made an appointment and after driving 40 miles ( because they closed down the branch near me) the dumb place was closed.
