I've never had problems before but they messed up my appt day & time. They said they tried to call but had the wrong #. How is that possible since EVERY time I go they verify my number. They said they had a new computer calendar...idk. I would have been fine had they tried to reschedule me in a reasonable amount of time. As it was, it took they a full week to reschedule. I will go back b/c I love the stylist who does my hair; but I am not pleased with how long it took management to reschedule me. They didn't even offer me a discount of services or products which, as a business owner myself, would have been a nice touch.

They were very nice and the service was professional. Ashley did a wonderful job, went out of her way to make sure that i was comfortable and pleased with the results. i will be going back to the salon, and Ashley, in the future

I would recommend Ashley to everyone that is looking for a great stylist. She was so wonderful, took her time, did exactly what I wanted I have already had several comments on my hair, I do believe this has by far been the best hair cut and color I have ever had. Thank you Ashley
