The chocolate making 101 class was wonderful. Rob is a great instructor and very informative. We got to taste as we worked, and WE were the ones that measured, weighed, added, stirred, tempered, rolled, pre-dipped and dipped the truffles we made. It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it. If you're just going to grab a sweet confection, make sure you get the homemade Hot Chocolate. It is positively sinful.

Absolutely amazing experience from a very knowledgable chocolatier. Wear comfortable shoes. We were there and standing for several hours.

Chocolate was a great time. It was fun, educational and delicious! The only downside was how often I had to rewash my hands because I kept licking chocolate of them. I would definitely recommend them, it was a blast!

My wife and I had a great time learning all about the history of chocolate making. Then we had loads of fun getting our hands dirty in the kitchen and learning some of the techniques involved in making truffles. Thanks to Rob and his staff for a great and fun time!

Vegan chocolate was excellent salt really helped would love to see some vegan flavored chocolate next! I dont live very close but will be back!

Expensive. If you take the class plan on being there for 5-6 hours and plan on a 2 hour lecture about chocolate.
