I had a mani/pedi by Misty. She was very professional, but friendly. The gel polish lasted longer than any I've had previously. I would definitely recommend her.

The manicure was great, the pedicure wasn't so great, it was very short and she didn't even massage my feet and didn't touch my toes, there should have been more to the massage.

Although my tech was really nice and friendly, I came home with the worse manicure/pedicure I have ever had. Her work was sloppy which I understood from her is the way she does her services. Although she cleaned the polish after she made the mess, I ended up with the polish around the cuticles. My polish was so thick that it would not dry. In fact it took over an hour and a half and by then I had smudges and holes in the polish on my hand and toes that could not be fixed. I really couldn't do anything for 2 hours for fear I would smudge more. When it did dry it looked like I had sand in the polish. It was horrible. My daughter was amazed that it was a professional job.

Smell from acrylic nail work was overwhelming. Manicure deal was misleading. The manicure was a "dry" manicure....no soaking, no massage. They pushed my cuticles back without softening them, which is a no no in manicured. I won't go back.

My shellac manicure chiped 3 days after I had it done. They did re-touch them today but I still don't think this should have happened in the first place.

They mis-scheduled our confirmed time and we had to come back an hour later. My nail tech did not give me a proper manicure, not once did she try to snip back my cuticles, I find this be a standard part of a manicure. Not only that my nails are not fully painted, and she did not moisturize my hands. I think she was very new and had little experience. I was frustrated from the moment I got there.
