About Salt City Brew Supply

Beer and wine both have one thing in common: devoted fans. In fact, devotees of the drinks often find themselves so enamored that they feel compelled to make their own, which is where Salt City Brew Supply comes in. The store contains everything at-home brewers need to recreate their favorite beer or wine on their own.

Beer ingredients include more than 70 types each of hops and malts, plus 100-plus yeast strains—enough to fit nearly any beer recipe. For wine, choose from a wide array of wine kits, fruit purées, and specialty add-ins for a completely unique pour. And If you're a novice, try a beer-brewing or winemaking kit for beginners—it comes with instructions and ingredients for everything from hard cider to vegetable wine.

I went to the wine class and didn't learn a thing. I thought it would be more interactive or that the teacher would at least make the wine. I basically paid $55/ person to listen to a sales pitch for an hour. And everything they give you in the kit is not what he recommended or said you needed. You needed to buy everything to actually make the wine. I am very disappointed, I am not one to complain or ever write negative feedback but this was just a complete waste of time and so boring.
