The only problem is read the fine print and know the layout of your house. I did not and was shocked by how much extra it was. The group on states unlimited vents but only one return and one main vent. There w as no problem with the 15 regular vents and my dryer vent but the other extras which were necessary to do a thorough job cost me $150.00 after I chewed him down from $245.00 . The rep was pleasant and di a good job.

I purchased unlimited vents , 1 return, 1 main duct cleaning and a dryer vent cleaning for $39.00. I have more than 1 return.. I have 6 extra returns. Pro clean wanted almost $400 for all the extras. The tech called the office.. Pro clean did go down in price to $300. I was not willing to pay the price . The service was not fullfilled. Pro clean would NOT clean any of the vents, return or main duct because I would not purchase the rest of their price. I asked him to clean what I purchased.I had to "cancel" the main part of my service. I don't blame the tech because he can only do what Pro Clean allow. I would never use Pro Clean in any way. I was very unsatisfied with my purchase.

I was disappointed at the fact that there was an additional cost for everything. It should've been written in fine print that additional ducts cost more money. Furthermore, I did not like the fact that I was given a sales pitch and pressured into purchasing add-ons. I would also like to note that when they cleaned the dryer vent, they did not clean anything up. I had to clean up everything outside. I won't use them again I am sorry to say.
