Kathy is very informative with your skin. She does upsell and recommend items that she feels you may need because she cares about your skin and overall health. It is up to you to purchase them but it is what she recommends. Overall, great experience!

I bought diamond microdermabrasion for my large pores but they only spent around 5-10 min on microdermabrasion and was told that it will not reduce the pores (even though they claim to). It is still a nice relaxing facial-microdermabrasion treatment.

Microdermabrasion treatment was very good. Facial was different. Mostly just facial massage and masks. Not the Ritz, but can't complain for 35.00.
