Social Limousine's sharp black or white rides provide smooth, luxurious transport for passengers heading to special events, on area tours, or to or from the airport. Experienced drivers pilot a fleet that includes luxury sedans with extra legroom and SUVs with enough space to hold a year’s supply of bacon. Fiber-optic lighting casts a otherworldly glow inside stretch limousines outfitted with leather seats, DVD players, flat-screen TVs, and minibars. Roomier SUV limousines can hold up to 16–20 passengers, as can the limo buses, which play music on upgraded sound systems as passengers gather around the bar and table to toast Henry Ford’s decision to focus on automobiles instead of ox carts. For a fee, drivers will stop at a Starbucks and pick up a hot cup of coffee to help early bird passengers wake up en route.

They are professional and very responsive. You should be too. Be ready to provide specific flight details, etc.... They confirmed receipt of all electronic communication. A+ Hopefully the pickup and drive will be as seamless.

Driver was on time, courteous, accommodating, and friendly. Other than the lack of a sound system in the back, and an occasionally balky air conditioning system, we all had a great time.

Made a reservation, never showed up to pick me up. I called approx 10 times and left messages. Never got a return call and never got picked up! Had to pay for a taxi! Never use this company! Horrible!!!!!

Our driver initially picked us up 15 minutes late. We stopped at 2 places in Sonoma. At the second stop (~2:30), we discussed that we were tentatively thinking of stopping at a third location, but mentioned that we wanted to leave for the city by 4pm. Our driver told us that he was going to grab lunch, but gave us his phone number in case we needed to get a hold of him in the meantime. An hour and a half later at about 4:05, we were wondering where our driver was, so we called. He didn't answer, so we left a message. He didn't show up at the winery for another 20 minutes. After getting back to the city at ~6:00 (30min after our scheduled end), we were charged for a full extra hour, regardless of the delays caused by the driver.

This merchant is full of shenanigans. Avoid if you can. The limo was all scratched up and wasted a bunch of time trying to start the AC. Driver refused to follow our directions. After the tour the Limo company overcharged me and refused to provide itemized receipt. Currently disputing through my credit card company.

The customer service is not great - responses to emails were not clear, no idea how much I was being billed, and no one picks up the phones. Driver was 30 minutes late, and then wanted to take an additional $150 for the 30 minutes, cash, when the company advises multiple times do not exchange cash between you and the driver. $150 cash, when the driver was late? Not cool.

Will never use them again. Never received a pick or call...reserved an airport pick up 5 days ago knowing that my flight was going to be arriving late in the evening and didn't want to deal with waiting for a cab. So disappointing.
