Very professional

Unprofessional and left a mess in my home.

It was very difficult to set up the appointment. They never returned my calls, and it took several tries to finally get someone on the line. When the technician finally came, it cost an extra $100 for about 25 ft of the main duct. It is overpriced, and they do a very poor job with letting you know what the exact costs are until they are done. Also, they did not take checks, so I had to pay with a card. Not a big deal, except they had issues with their billing (all on their end seeing that there were more than sufficient funds in my account to cover the job), and it took about another two weeks to get the payment resolved. The work itself was ok, but scheduling/billing was beyond poor.

I feel scammed, like a bate n switch. When they finally got here after some issues they talked us in to additional $150, I thought I was smarter but got caught off guard. And....I don't think any work was actually done and service person put hole in kitchen ceiling, not noticed until after he left. Still dealing with this mess.

1.5 hours late and they had to borrow my tools. 2 guys in a 2 door coupe with no kind of ID or uniform seems a little sketchy.
