Have patience as they seem a bit disorganized - called when they were supposed to arrive to tell me the person scheduled called in sick & they'd call back when they had an opening, but weeks later I had to call them to get on the schedule. The didn't tell me someone would call the morning of appointment to confirm car was available, so I got message late which caused work to start late, but Shun came, was very pleasant & did a great job.

My detailer was Shawn - he did an excellent job, I'm very happy with the results. Scheduling was a bit difficult.

They have horrible customer service! I made an appt and they cancelled the night before and I have tried many times to reschedule and nobody has gotten back to me. Very disappointed.

I made an afternoon appointment and I confirmed it the day before. I took the afternoon off from work. thinking, wow my car is going to glisten now where shall I drive it. Lo and behold because that morning they could not confirm again they cancelled on me, How sweet of them.

The detail was more of a glorified car wash. Whatever was applied to my car didn't last more than a couple of washes.

They called to cancel my first appt. I guess they had fired the guy that was supposed to do it. They re-scheduled for about a MONTH later. I had an emergency, left the house, and missed the guy when he came for the re-scheduled appt. I tried to re-schedule for another time, and they never returned my messages, stalling until it had expired...

Impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable time. Waiting 3 months for a car detailing appointment is unreasonable.
