Overall good experience.Even though I had an appointment I had to wait for my turn.

The office staff seemed distracted and had their own conversations going. The cleaning was fine. Nothing spectacular.

We waited 40 minutes for our 11am appointment. We came in at 10am. They gave a patient who was late our slot. So we waited for that patient for 40 minutes that was supposed to be for us. Now I understand why they cancel appointments if your late because then whose slot are you gonna use? You can't use someone else's appointment slot, that's not right.

Arrived 1 hour early for my appointment which was at 11am. When it was 11, a patient arrived and was called in for their cleaning, so I was confused (since that was our slot - also knowing that there was only 1 dentist)... So I waited and was called in at 11:40am after that patient was done. So it became clear to me at that point that they gave that patient (who was late) my slot.

Teeth was not clean properly. There's still plaque in the back of my front teeth which is the reason why I needed teeth cleaning. Very disappointed. I do not recommend Precious Smile Dental at all. The dentist might have been French, tall and lanky. Not a good dentist at all.
