The middle aged lady who works the front needs to work on her customer service skills. How can you accuse someone of breaking your microphone when they are used over and over again as the nature of the business itself is to reuse the equipment?? She was so unnecessarily cold to us after she accused us.
Also how can a cleaning fee be considered as a 10% tax when it clearly states "cleaning fee"?
