I do like the location, cleanliness of the facility and that the dogs are paired by temperment rather than size. The con is that the web cam is narrowed into a small spot in the room, therefore cannot really see my dog socializing. Also when dropping off or picking up my dog, it seems to take a while since I have to wait for someone to answer the door or I am unable to pick up in the afternoon due to nap time.

My dog came back sick. The moment we picked her up, it violently and uncontrollably started coming out of both ends. She was then sick like this for several days.
