I have only been a couple times but Richard is great and motivating!

It was hard but they work with clients to accommodate injury, etc. A great place to start CrossFIt if you're new to it and need to be careful.

Keep up the good work. Every muscle on my body is hurting, but i know it will all pay off. So I know you guys are pushing us hard. I am glad I picked this place. After my 20 classes are over I am looking to become a regular member. Thanks for pushing me! You guys rock!
