They were not easy to contact (phone goes to fax machine) but when I did get in touch, they scheduled me for a Remote Starter install on the following day. 1.5 hours later, I'm out the door as a happy customer.

The shop itself looks a little rough (very rough if I'm being honest) and the waiting area is not heated, so don't wait there while your vehicle is being worked on. Make sure you are clear when you will be there and make sure you talk to the owner when you set up your time. Other then that, they worked very efficiently and were very friendly while I was there. I'm very satisfied with them!

FYI only one locaiton does the new vehicles Also when I called to ask about the bypass they said the locks (additional $50) was optional, however when I went to the place I found out it is required because of how the bypass is set up I am happy with the end product however when we arrived no one knew what to do because the guy that installs it was not there yet Unprofessional (except the guy that actually installed it) When I dropped the car off there was a guy on his cell phone smoking inside the garage We were told the whole process would only take 1-15 hours however it took over 25 hours When we went to pick up our car there was a guy standing by a table playing with a knife The guy that actually did the installation knew what he was talking about and did a great job

They did a good job, they were done when they said they'd be done and I had them do my brakes while I was there, very reasonable. Remote start is so nice to have in these cold months and I can start my car from my desk at work. It also added auto lock doors and an alarm system. Very pleased.

Very friendly. I plan on returning to get additional work done. Only downside was the shop was messy and cluttered and they were smoking inside.

Had to go back twice unprofessional when you make a appointment means you are scheduled for that time not to wait over 2 hours only to be told to come back

Installed a totally different remote start then advertised. Below average customer service. As said Python 4105 they installed a Silencer 50SL.
