make the cheese cuts a little larger and offer an easier way to serve the honey. perhaps also a small dish of olive oil.

It is in a hotel lobby, so it can be loud and not very private.

Never having been inside the Hyatt hotel I was very impressed with the openness of the hotel space and how beautifully the bistro location is integrated into the overall concept!

They changed their walleye recipe; a couple years ago, their pan-seared walleye with citrus salsa was one of the best dishes I've ever had.

I have been there twice and both times everything was exceptional. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very prompt! All around a great experience!
