I was very pleased once I looked at my phone screen and it looked like new again. He addressed all of my conserns (screen sensitivity issues) and let me know worse case scenario, which was bubbling under the screen surface in which I don't see any signs of. The drop off and wait time seemed to be a bit long, but in the end it was all worth it.
