Fantastic supervision, especially by Catherine, a stylist with tons of experience. In 15 years I have only had 2 issues which were remedied. Great place! Great students! Allow more time.

Service is great. Be prepared to stay awhile though, but you cannot beat the price.

Parking was easy and I had the BEST haircut in my life. I have thick and unevenly curly hair. She even took the time to style it correctly unlike the high end salons I have been a client of in the past. The instructor checked in on the stylist regularly and was hands on. I had a mediocre experience with an herbal body wrap. The person never asked any questions or told me what was happening and listening to her gossip with her co student the whole time was annoying and distracting. Her instructor never stopped by.

All I can say it's an excellent place to get your hair done everyone is so nice and very considerate. I love being pampered. All the staff and students are very respectful that's a fun place to go.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I love my cut and color. My stylist Bea was awesome and her supervisor was as well. Nothing gets done before the supervisor makes sure it is correct. I went from long hair to a pixie wash and go. I have no intention of changing my style. I would definitely recommend The Institute of Beauty and Wellness. My hair was done in there beauty school.
