I liked the people but questioned the effectiveness of their process. They went through the house with an air hose and sprayed air into each heating duct and cold air return and they had a vacuum hose at the furnace. They said they were blowing the dust back to the main ducts but I do not believe the amount of air used would accomplish that. They brushed and cleaned the main ducts and showed a picture of one cleaned when they were done. I never saw a heating system cleaned before and maybe that is how they all do it.

Showed up hours late without so much as an apology (appointment was scheduled for between 10 am and 1 pm and they got there after 3 pm). Damaged the walls with equipment. Tried to upsell by $230+
