Just be certain you know the cost of dry cleaning an item. My winter coat was $25, but they charged $45 for a faux fur coat, which I declined to have cleaned.

I left a zip drive in the pocket of the jacket I had cleaned and instead of telling me when I picked it up they called my house. Since I went straight there from work, I had to come back a second time to get it. Could've been avoided by letting me know when I picked it up. (Just a note on the jacket would've sufficed.) Next time that is how it should be handled.
