A good clean up would present a better face to the public. While we were there we were trying to figure out the best way to compete with the yuppie joint next door. Didin't come up with any good answers. Adrian's will always be a family -working man's joint and that is fine, but a good cleanup and removal of junk would make it a lot more customer friendly.
