Ellen takes not only takes time to ask what I'm thinking about for a hair style, but she also listens. Then she will say something like, what do you think about maybe (demonstrates)......and the length about (shows me) there? She is in sync with her customer before she cuts. Unlike some stylists I've had, she blow dries my hair completely, tweaks the cut if need be, and styles it completely before sending me on my way. No going home and "fixing it" with Ellen.

Ellen was wonderful, and I couldn't be any happier with the results...
