I'm not sure I understand why they are charging to be in the Village. Black Forest Inn brats - regular and chicken curry - along with their potato salad were really yummy, especially in the cold. There are a lot of wonderful vendors. I just wish there were snow. I'm looking forward to seeing this grow and evolve over the years. Hopefully there will be more demonstrations in the evenings instead of just weekends.

Quaint little market! Nothing compares to visiting a real European Christmas market, but this one did a good job of bringing a little of the ambiance here to us. Brought back some fond memories. :)

It's a little small, a little overpriced, and there is a small lack in variety, but I think in time this event will become a really cool Minneapolis staple. Check it out, for sure.

The Holiday Market is really fun!! We have been twice. Lots of yummy food choices -- sausages, grilled cheese bites & tomato soup, spatzle, and yummy desserts. Our son has enjoyed the carousel twice each time we have been to the market.
