Very nice facility; clean, open, lots of room. The staff is friendly and they seem to really enjoy working with animals. The groomer was really good with my slightly neurotic dog.

My dog always seems happy and healthy after a stay at Now Boarding. I love the report card they provide too. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog there when I need to travel.

I have sent them a vm message about some of the administrative snafus that continue to plague them ( and the customer). Young, seemingly inexperienced staff who don't know much about customer care or workload organization. The General Manager and I are in touch and will go through some details.
