Very nice staff that make you feel like a friend.

The massage was wonderful! I truly felt like they did an A+ job on it. The facial was so-so for me, they spent more time giving my feet a massage than working on my face. I would have liked them to do extractions as well.

I did not appreciate having the oils massaged into my head - made my hair extremely greasy. Maybe they should offer a shower or something to get you cleaned up before re-entering the public.

very unprofessional, our appointment started 30min late, we were there for 2.5 hours, should have been only 1.5 at most.

Don't make guests share rooms together even if they are friends/together, it reduces the relaxation experiene as the other noises, lights, etc are disrupting. Get more sturdy tables, with blankets, warmer pads, etc like it standard at most spas. Facial could have been done at home or beauty school, not real professional facial like at other spas. Space didnt seem finished, unfinished trim, pipes exposed, etc.

Unpleasant and ineffective massage. Location, for me, was great but not worth repeating this spa event.

Make sure employees show up to work.
