I had Vee with my wax, very nice and put me at ease for my first Brazilian wax. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Tried to charge me an extra 20 bucks for my bikini area during a Brazilian wax. I left with the hair still in the bikini zone. Boo.

Do not get a wax here. Ouch. The most uncomfortable experience ever.

I will never go back there again. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment just to be brought back to the waxing location and then waited over 10 minutes on the waxing table. The woman could not communicate with me, and was very rough and unprofessional. I had to express my displeasure as she left patches of hair everywhere and seemed very unconcerned about it. This was a terrible experience and I mostly just spent the time wishing for it to be over.

Terrible wax. Didn't even kind of get it all.

I was not pleased with this experience. There were many times she tried to over wax, making it too hard to rip off the wax strip and she struggled half way through, this is EXTREMELY painful in that area and it happened 5 times. She had me in an uncomfortable position holding my own leg in the air & the final product was not good. I have to shave/tweeze a handful of spots.

Poor quality of waxing, and cheating as well- 1- Lady took forever to do my legs, with smallest of strips that aren't cut already as she takes extra time throughout the waxing, to cut the strips 2- Quality: The lady who waxes pulls hair from all the wrong directions, which is torturous 3- Cheating: I took the coupon not knowing that Brazilian waxing means ' waxing of pubic hair', I thought it would be similar to European waxing that using different type of wax material and method, However this place redeemed my coupon as well as charged full rates for legs and arms waxing, without disclosing that I haven't even had the 'pubic hair' waxed, which was what I had the coupon for. After coming home, I googled and came to know of their cheating.

Would not go back. Was not thorough (left a lot of hairs)

Probably a great place for getting your nails done, but I went for a waxing and the room did not seem very nice, it was hot, and overall it wasn't a great waxing.
