I really hate places that don't let you tip on a credit card. It is an inconvenience for people who do not carry cash. They should at least tell you when you book.

My daughter really enjoyed her visit, did look into possible birthday party for next year and although we loved the experience and staff, packages for parties are way too expensive. More affordable packages would be much better.

I feel they were more in a rush to get ready for a party that was going to happen. I also noticed they offered two customers before me about becoming a member but when it was my turn to leave they didn't bother asking or telling me about the membership opportunities.
